Dealing Process

The reports and complaints will be classified and verified by the hotline staff in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. CIIRC will notify directly websites containing information deemed as harmful and ask to take down within a certain period of time. In terms of alleged illegal information, CIIRC will forward for further investigation to the Ministry of Public Security.
